A vehicle title is required
We only buy vehicles that come with a valid title. If you can't locate your title, you'll need to get a replacement before we can make an agreement. We'll go over the title details with you when you request a quote.

Removal starts the same way as any sale. You request a quote, we confirm that we can buy the vehicle, and we confirm you have the title. Then we go over how the car will be moved and what that will cost, if anything, before you commit.

On removal day
Have your title ready, and ask us what else you'll need when we confirm the pickup. Make sure you've removed your belongings and your license plate.
If the car is somewhere that requires access, such as a gated community or a storage lot, arrange that in advance so the pickup isn't delayed.
Pickup and towing
We do not offer free towing. If your vehicle needs to be picked up or towed, we'll explain any cost and confirm it with you before you agree to sell. Nothing is charged or deducted without your agreement.

Ask us when we confirm your pickup. The title holder needs to complete the sale, so we'll explain what's required if you can't be there in person.
What if my car is parked at a repair shop or storage lot?
Let us know when you request a quote. Shops and lots may have their own release requirements or fees, which you'd need to settle with them before the vehicle can be moved.
